Our commitment

Geneki is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control and keyboard-only navigation.

Accessibility is part of how we design and build, both for our own website and for the platforms we deliver for clients.

Standards we follow

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We also follow the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) and the principles of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

What we have done

To support accessibility, this website:

  • uses semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and labelled page regions;
  • can be used fully with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link;
  • meets WCAG AA colour contrast ratios for text and interface controls;
  • provides text alternatives for meaningful images and hides decorative ones from screen readers;
  • labels every form field and announces errors and confirmations;
  • adapts to any screen size and supports zoom up to 400% without loss of content;
  • respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. Some third-party logos are provided as images by their owners and may have limited contrast. We review the website regularly and fix issues as we find them.

Compatibility

This website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.

Assessment

We assess the accessibility of this website through self-evaluation, using automated testing tools and manual checks with a keyboard and screen readers. This statement was last reviewed on 15 October 2026.
